How to find how long my contract was

Hi has anybody got a clue on how o can find out I’ve got left on my contract and when it started 

or how I can contact now broad band I don’t like the service and want to move

Drawing a veil over the fact that this thread is nearly two years old, on a different topic, and both posters have now left the Community :-

Now have a social tariff, if that is what you are looking for:-

If you qualify, give them a ring on 150 from your Now landline, and see if you can be moved across. Or there’s a number to call in the link, if you don’t have a landline phone.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
