I have just changed from Sky to NOW and want too know do I need to contact my old supplier, SKY or will NOW contact them

It depends on what type of service your are moving from. If both are ADSL/VDSL and you opted to switch and keep your number then NOW should contact Sky on your behalf. Otherwise, contact Sky directly just to make sure.
