There is no number for queries about the NowTV streaming services - it’s Live Chat, Complaints form or nothing - but there is a number for Broadband issues, for Broadband customers only.
You will find this under My Account, either in Orders & appointments, or in Broadband & calls, if you are a NowTV Broadband customer.
It is not 24/7, so you will need to ring when they are there.
Hello the forum is no the place to ask for a payment date to be changed, if you need to speak to the broadband team you can find the number in your online account under broadband and talk.
