Hi ,
I placed an order for a new broadband connection, paid 5£ as a pre-setup cost yesterday, but have not received any confirmation email/notification or any acknowledgment for the date of installation.
I am surprised, there's no customer care to talk to either.
Any suggestions should be helpful, as I am in dire need of broadband at new home.

When i signed up to NOW Broadband online via their website it took about an hour or two to receive the email confirmation.
Once you have received the order confirmation it usually takes around 14 days to go live.
If there is nothing showing in your junk / spam folder nor anything under your online account under My Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team using one of the communication methods in the link page below.
