Back in the end of October I was compensated 50 pound because I was messed about by open reach. So that 50 pound credited my account and covered November's bill and December's I pay 18 pound a month but I'm still 14 pound in credit so just checked my upcoming bill for 7th of January and it's sayin 18 pound due but it should only be 4 pound with me still being 14 pound in credit .. I can't seem to contact them so frustrating 😡
