I have now been on Live Chat 3 times, emailed twice and still no result. I have been told I have an IRELAND card, because I have a bank of ireland UK VISA DEBIT. I live in Northern Ireland - PART OF THE UK. My card literally has UK visa debit written on it.
Everytime I talk to someone new they tell me the same thing, which is ridicuous as I live in the UK and have a UK card.
Each time I enter in my card details it comes up with the message "We are unable to validate your card details. Please check and try again."
Can anyone help?

Hi,
It's a regular PC with a 64 bit Windows 10. The browser is the latest Google Chrome.
However, if you read my post, it's a server side issue. It has nothing to do with my PC.

I also use Google's Chrome browser and I'm able to access the 'Payment details' area of my account just fine!
If you need to you can contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers are not sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users will require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -

I've just recieved an email explaining that i need to update my payment fdetails for now tv as they payment never went through. Thought this was highly possible as I've had a new card recently. My card detais are up to date however and I have plenty of money in the account that it is coming out from. I'm not sure what to do as I don't have another card to set up payments with.

As the subjects details says your system will not validate my card. I used the same card with same details to subscribe to Netflix with no problems
