We initially signed up for a 6 month package about 18 months ago. After that, we left it running for a few months but around December last year we realised we weren't using it and so decided to cancel. A couple of months later I checked our bank statement to find we were still being charged for entertainment and cinema passes. So, not sure if I'd cancelled previously, I did it again. Then last month I noticed the same thing. So I knew something was up. I changed my password in case someone had access to my account. And I cancelled AGAIN!
Just checked bank statements and we've been charged yet again. NowTV owe us 6 months' worth of refunds and I want the account cancelled permanently.

@Anonymous User If you haven't already I'd suggest popping onto live chat, explaining what's happened and see if they can sort a refund out for you. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

Alternately if you go to your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead.

I took advantage of the trial passes for movies and entertainment, didn't get to use either as the audio sync lag was so bad I gave up after trying the suggested remedies to no effect. I went on-line today to cancel the passes but all I get is a blank page when I select "My Passes" or "My Package". Worse still Live Chat is greyed out anywhere I've looked so only have Message to rely on. After reading some of the posts here I'm beginning to think this is by design. Any pointers greatly appreciated.

I've tried to find a phone number in the site but can't. Does this actually exist?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. If you're a broadband customer you can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page https://account.nowtv.com/my-package and click the Moving Home section.
If you're just a TV customer there is no customer telephone number, the best way to contact is via live chat. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page

I am having the exact same problem. I think it is actually disgusting that nothing on this site works. Everytime I click a link to try and cancel my account it just comes up blank. I am owed at least 6 months worth of subscription. I will be making sure it is known that you should ever sign up to NOWtv. Robbing b's I say!

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Usually trying a different device and/or browser gets it to work, but if you're still having trouble pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

For anyone getting blank pages when selecting "My Passes" or "My Package" as I was, the problem for me was that I was also using an additional VPN for my other stuff, NOWTV website doesn't work properly when another VPN is involved, try switching the other one off and try again, it worked fine for me.
