Too many devices

Hi
I have added new devices and is now saying I have reached maximum activity.
I was unaware that u could only add 4 devices and then not change them for a month.
I am now unable to watch tv on my living room tv or bedroom only my phone and tablet.
I'd there anyway I can change this as I'm basically paying for a service I cannot use. And as I was not aware I'm now stuck l.
And would have to wait 2 months just to be able to watch tv and movies in my living room and bedroom. Which is the reason for me having my now tv subscription.
If I cannot fix the problem would have to unfortunately leave as I'm paying £50 for a th3 and internet service which I can only use half of for the next 2 months?

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you've reached your device limit. If you've watched on four different devices in the past then the device limit rules kick in, where you can now only add one new device a month, even if you delete several.

Have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.

Afterwards try and avoid changing devices too often as you'll keep getting the problem if you do.
