Hi, can anyone help me with this?
I purchased a new Now TV box which came with a 2 month sky cinema voucher. I input the voucher and it was applied to my account. After the initial 2 week free period, I have started to be billed and the 2 month voucher has dissapeared off my account.
Live chat has said they have no record of the voucher being input and will not update the account.
What is going on?

Hi @Anonymous User,
I presume you don't have the original 'paper' voucher pass anymore?
As a new subscriber provided you still have 'proof of purchase' and your NOW TV boxes serial number it should be a straight forward matter to get your issue resolved by NOW TV.
