Online Cancellation Form

Hi Everybody!

 

My friend accidentally bought a movies and entertainment pass charging my account £16.98 thinking he was re-activating my free trials. I did not need either of the passes and have cancelled both after finding out the day after.

 

In the terms and conditions of the pass reciept email I recieved it says:

"If you cancel using the online cancellation form found on nowtv.com, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. "

 

Now TV seem to have made it quite difficult to find this form or apply for a refund in any way. I'm appealing to you guys pls help me, where do I need to go in order to get a refund for those 2 passes that I didnt use?

The best thing to do is to contact NowTV via email or live chat which you can do via this link,

You may also want to consider going it you account and setting up a payment PIN which would prevent this happening again in the future. With the PIN set up only those who know the PIN would be able to purchase passes in the future.
