In August I brought a cinema pass for 9.99 for one month and for the past 5 months you’ve still benn charging me for that I’ve only just realised checking my bank accounts how do I claim this money back an stop it from happening again next month

@Anonymous User have you actually cancelled? When you buy a pass it is not just for one month, it's a subscription service. You can cancel at any time. You go to "my account" then select the pass, click cancel and confirm you want to cancel until it confirms that you have cancelled. As for a refund, you would need to go to chat and see what they can do.
