Lack of service

I have been on the help lonk for a total of five hours and am now reduced to the email service. I get one email a day sometimes asking me questions I have answered 100of times. Is there any way I can get service?

I have not been able to connect my chrome cast to NOW TV even though BT sport Spotify and Netflix work perfectly well.

If you are using a BT Router, have you tried disabling the smart setup feature ?

 

Instructions here on how to switch off the smart setup on BT Routers.

Obviously ignore my post if you have already done this or you are using a different Router.
