I need to make contact NOW.
One of my computers has been replaced under warranty yet I cannot add the replacement this month,
Unless I can do so with in 24 hours I shall cancel both our Sports and Movie Subscriptions by contacting my bank and putting a stop on the debit card that you use to take the payments
I shall use a different online subscription service and you will lose £40.+ a month and I shall tell everyone I meet your website does not do what it promises.
I look forward to a very prompt response.

I tried that before and the link was dead - please put the link in this forum or get them to email me - I am paying over £40.00 a month for a service I get little use of, if I can not get it working in 24 hours the payments will be stopped by my bank

I'm not a member of now TV staff, but what device are you using to try and get to live chat most of the people that run into problems are usually trying to use very old mobile devices. It is recommended that you use a PC to use the live chat facility, although in theory live chat should work on any mobile device which has a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or above.
If you can't get to live chat because the live chat button is greyed out and that means all the live chat staff are currently busy
If you were to decide to cancel now TV, you would do it by going to this page below not by cancelling through your bank. In fact, going to your bank could cause problems, especially if you wish to return to now TV at some point because you would have previously asked them to stop payments to NowTV, so they may view any future payments as potentially suspicious and block them as such, going to your bank should only ever be a last resort. after you've followed the link below. Click the cancel button next to be appropriate pass and follow the instructions remember each pass would need to be cancelled separately.
