Incorrectly charged for cinema pass

Are there any Now TV people on here? Having purchased a 2 month voucher and sucessfully entered the voucher code in August giving me viewing until November 2018 these details have now disappeared from my account and  I have been billed £9.99 in September, I have messaged Now TV 5 days ago but have had no response and I cannot get onto chat which seems to be always unavailable, any help would be appreciated.
