How to cancel

I would like to know how to cancel as haven’t watched any of my passes

Easily done. All you have to do is click on "my account" at the top and select " passes and vouchers".Screenshot_2018-09-26-13-00-01.png

 Just hit cancel for the pass you want to cancel and follow each step. make sure you get a cancellation email and if possible, screenshot the "successfully cancelled" page. 🙂
