Sky (Now) TV has taken a payment from my account, CARD not present, while I deliberately not renewed my account details and cancelled the service and the Direct Debit.
Please inform me how you aquired my new card details?
I do not have ANY other SKY service.
This was a probing payment of 0.1 pounds.
A payment was also taken on the 23/10/17 on the old card despite me having cancelled the direct debit.

The 10p should just be a check to ensure your card details are correct, it might remain pending for a day or two but won't actually be taken. Payments are taken from the card details you have registered on your My Account > Payment Details page

If the card has recently been replaced (eg old one expired) then this might have been updated with NOW TV directly by the card issuer through Visa/Mastercard's Updater scheme.
If you've had any payments for passes taken that you don't remember purchasing then have a word with live chat, explain the situation and seeing if they can refund you and cancel any purchases. To get there go to the following help page
