My internet has stopped working

Hello,
My internet stopped working yesterday. I’ve tried resetting the hub and turning off and on again but no joy.
Any suggestions??

You know, when my Internet stops working, for whatever reason, the first thing I do is call my ISP to find out what's going on.

Welcome to the forum. If you haven't already give the Broadband Team a call and they can test the line and hub for you. You'll find the number on your My Account > My Package page of the website and calls are free from your home phone.

When mine went down, a message came up automatically to say " check service status" when trying to use a browser. It will check for a fault. 😉
