Welcome to the forum. If you haven't already give the Broadband Team a call and they can test the line and hub for you. You'll find the number on your My Account > My Package page of the website and calls are free from your home phone.

When mine went down, a message came up automatically to say " check service status" when trying to use a browser. It will check for a fault. 😉
