Welcome to the forum. When you use vouchers you do need to make sure you cancel before the voucher runs out otherwise it rolls over into a paid pass. If you're still struggling to get to your My Account > My Passes page then you should be able to send the NOW TV Team a message or get to live chat from the Contact Us page

That's weird didn't work for me either.
Try this link page instead, click on the drop down arrow below "Anything else" to contact live chat or send them a message .
