now tv box gone missing off device list but it wont add back in

brand new now tv box gone missing off device list but it wont add back in? added 14th. 1 free space to watch a new device also...

Welcome to the forum. Are you getting a device limit error message when you try to play something on your box? If so have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.

Also be careful that no-one deletes/changes devices a lot on your account as you only get to add one new device each month, even if you delete several.

i idi web chat. i was told it was device limit too.....but the new nowbox was added and working ok since last weekend. but today it error 6003 and on pc it was missing from dev list.. sorted now. dont know why tho, pain in the ######.
