Difficulty signing on

I have just bought a 1 month sports pass and the now tv box offer. I would like to start watching today (3pm) and am not able to sign in. The system is telling me to contact the help service but I can't find a phone number, there appears to be no live chat, and I don't know where to go from here. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Have you tried signing in on any other devices?  Hopefully the glitch with Live Chat is just temporary.  Here's a quick link to it in case you want to give irt another try in a while.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Thanks- I think that it has been a temporary problem as I can now log on
and eventually, having sorted out Siloerlight problems, watch something.
I'va had to pay twice for the pass but I can sort that out later. Thanks
for your help.
