Devices

I’ve had Now Tv for over year I have only one device entered and it will
Not allow me access. It says I have 4 I DO NOT. I will cancel
Payment as I cannot watch tv then they will help me.

@Anonymous User pop onto chat ask them to reset your devices. Some devices look to system as new devices when they update.

Hey Cat

 

Just to let you know, the Now TV system has difficulty when it comes to smart devices or computers being updated, it sees each update as a new device, that's why you can have only one device, like a smart TV, and all four of your device slots used up.

 

Just remember to check My Account >>> Manage devices after a couple of updates.
