Device limit reached now I can't watch now TV on my now TV box

Please help

my kids unknowingly logged into too many devices. Now  I can't watch now TV on the now TV box, which renders it pretty useless considering this is the only thing it's actually for.

 

please can someone help me, I want remove devices so I can use my now TV box again but for some reason I can't as I'm only permitted to make one change....

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.
Visit http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices
and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
