Device limit reached after updating TV

I updated my Samsung TV and now it says my device limit has been reached and I can't add another device until Feb 1st. 

I tried putting the Mac through the TV via HDMI but the app blocks the sound from coming through the TV... 

I thought I removed my PC but it's still in there and can't remove it? 

Now I'm paying for no service ...

Ask live chat to reset your devices on your account, then once reset play some nowtv content on the maximum 4 devices you want to re register again back on your account.
