Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

Okay, I am also have the same problem, new iPad, can't register

I'm also having this problem! Very frustrating.
I have four devices registered and want to delete one and add a new one

1 now tv box
2 now tv box
3 android needs to delete
4 iOS iphone needs to delete

I've tried to delete on both the iPhone app and website via Safari browser
Every time it confirmed deletion and no change

Thanks for your posts,

We've reset your devices and you should now be able to continue viewing. 

Please note that a device will be added as soon as you begin viewing and that you can only make one change to your registered devices every calandar month.

ive just paid for a month but cannot remove no devices i got 4 devices that i want to remove to add a new one but the same it says its beens removed but still appears there help me please

Hi.

Looks like I'm getting the same problem.  Tried to remove a device from the list, and whilst it says that the device was removed successfully... it's still there.

I also renamed some devices and whilst it looked like it worked, when I reloaded the page they showed with their original names.
