I can sign in to now tv but apparently have no payments upcoming or being taken. So how am I being charged £7.99 EVERY month of my card !!!!!!!!
The only way I can stop it is by cancelling my card, but then I am without money till my new one arrives. And other payments won't be taken and I get in trouble with them. I can't phone, I cant cancel but apparently don't pay anything. Tell that to my bank statements that say otherwise !!! So far you owe me £100 for a service I haven't had for over a year !!!!! Ridiculous service !!
