Cancelled pass two months in a row. Been charged two months in a row.

During the month of August 2017 I cancelled my NowTv entertainment pass and movie pass 2weeks before end to avoid being billed. I followed every instruction to ensure I wouldnt be billed and I was. Afterr realising this, I made sure that they were cancelled and they were but for some bizarre reason I've been charged again. Ive tried phoning sky and they offer no help whatsoever. I refuse to pay for a service I've cancelled twice.
