A quick question to see if anyone else has experienced this.
I cancelled my movie pass during July, but was still billed in August.
I'm 100% sure I cancelled, but thought I would log in a check; it's still running.
I must be going crazy but oh well.
I cancel it again, this time taking screenshots.
It says it's cancelled, but then when I log in again, it's still active and saying I can cancel.
How do I go about getting a refund for August and actually cancelling my subscription?!

Looking at your screen shots it looks to me that you didn't complete the full cancel procedure, where i believe if you scroll down to the bottom of the screen where it says " that's cool etc" there is a further button you need to cancel.
Once cancelled your pass it should look like this screen shot below (example of entertainment pass cancellation) and you should also get an email notification.
Anyway, your best bet is to contact live chat to see if they can offer you a refund and whilst on live chat ask them to cancel the pass on your account at the same time.
