Can't access "Manage devices"

Hi there,  I have apparently reached my device limit so I need to delete one.  However all I get is this.  I've tried safari and chrome.  Any suggestions?

Not familiar with Apple IOS, but try disabling the ad blocker on your internet browser.

If that doesn't work have you got another device to try accessing My Account > Manage Devices ?

Should have also mentioned, if you are still getting no joy accessing Manage Devices with the continuing loading page shown on your picture.

Then contact live chat, where they should be able to delete one of your nominated devices from your account.

Thanks!  It was the cookies wot done it!  Cleared the cache and it's fine now. 🙂
