Anyone ever had an issue where you realise you've been charged for a nowtv account separate to your own and the company do nothing to help except say it the systems suggests it could be a family member or friend and ask for names even though you already said no one has access to your bank account?
And they also tell you they can't find an email associated with the account im paying for, how can there be no email adress?
Either way, phoned my bank and they decided to cancel the card to stop the payments since nowtv won't.
