I have checked my bank account this morning and it seems that I have been billed for an account that I thought i had cancelled ages ago. I have checked my account this morning and I can't see that any passes are available to me so I'm wondering what this payment of £9.99 is actually for. I have tried to talk to someone on your online chat but this isn't loading...without a phone number to call either this seems like a very frustrating process to get answers.
I would appreciate it if someone could contact me asap.
