Being continuously charged.

Hey now tv, for a number of months now I've been getting charged 7.99 a month for a account I can't even use, none of the passes work and when I click view passes none of them say I have a pass with them to cancel.

Welcome to the forum. 
Sounds like there's an active entertainment pass on another account. Try logging in with any other usernames you have to see if you can find it.

If you still can't find where the payments are coming from have a word with Live Chat or send a message and they can help you track down where the problem is. You can send the NOW TV Team a message or get to live chat from the Contact Us page

If all else fails, just cancel the payment with your bank
