According to this help guide article your broadband could start anytime up until Midnight on the sticker date on the hub packing.

Have you got the white smiley face showing on the router hub, maybe try rebooting the hub to see if that kick starts things.
Hopefully other helpful forum members will offer you some further advice or assistance.

I would give it another hour or so, if by then you are still not getting no internet service then i would suggest contacting the NowTV Combo Team for an update.
