I am a new broadband customer and my activation date was already pushed back 3 days (originally menat to be the 17th) and an engineer visited without anyone notifying me of one coming round. He came round on the 19th (new activation date was to be 20th) said everything was fine and activation should be fine. It is now the 21st and i still have not internet connection.
