A question for Now TV staff or admins

I am considering cancelling my Now TV Sky Sports subscription and paying my hard earned money to one of your rivals who currently have deals that are significantly cheaper on a monthly basis,

I need to decide soon so could someone in authority please tell me if Now TV will fix the 7 month old picture freezing but sound continuing fault any time soon as detailed here https://community.nowtv.com/t5/Sports/On-Sports-channels-picture-freezes-sound-continues/td-p/413820 or should I just cancel and  go with a different and cheaper provider?

Even if the problem is fixed. As a cost conscious person you should look at the best deal for you. Now has the advantage of flexibility of duration and portability.
