Cancelling sky sports day pass

I purchased a sky sports day pass for £6.99 which I didn't have the privilege of using. I would like to cancel this and receive a full refund as I've made no use of activating it for content. Please delete all details on my account and the account altogether. This shouldn't be so difficult as there's literally no help or simple information instructing you to do so. I've tried all channels and failed

Welcome to the forum. If you haven't used your sports pass yet it will remain in your account for a year from purchase so you can use it at a later time should you wish. However if you're not happy with the purchase pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and see what they can do for you.
