unbelievable service

After trying to watch sopranos. i was bombarded with ad after Ad. had to cancel straight away. except it wasnt straight foward at all.

think  it was 8 pages or a billion. not sure its all sureal. 

I thin your company needs to really know their market first. compared to other services. your streaming website is by far the worst thing i ever had the missfortune to come across. in 2025 HBO max will be here and you wont be needed anymore.  so long

You didn’t need to cancel, all you had to do is take out boost.

It’s getting to a point where all streaming services will have adverts unless you pay more to get rid of them. Much like Netflix and Discovery+ have ads.

Disney and Amazon have said they are bringing ads.

Even Max aka HBO Max has silly prices to get their free tier.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

It’s not my company, I’m just a customer like you. As is everybody else here.

Yes, HBO Max will hollow out the Entertainment Membership in 2025, leaving only Sports, Cinema and Hayu - but what are you going to do for the next two years?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
