I have read a lot of complaints on the forum relating to being unable to cancel NowTV subscriptions with the options for cancelling not appearing on screen. Having exactly the same problem I eventually used the complaints link below and used Chat To An Advisor and found out that an old account was still active even after I thought I had cancelled. This was probably caused by having two e-mail addresses related to the same account, possibly when I updated my details after having forgotten my original login details. Worth a try as it worked for me.
