sports

I have a spopets package with you.

 

on my nowtv box is says I need to add package to account and add pin to pay. I have done this with correct pin. I also set up new pin to log in to pay for subscription.

 

I logged into my newts account one compute and it says I have the sports package already but can cancel it but my display screen says the opposite??

Hi @Louishamilton 

Do you have a full Day or Monthly Sports Membership (not Mobile Sports Membership which won't work on the NOW TV box).

If you have a full Sports Membership have you clicked on the gear wheel symbol on the NOW box main NOW home screen (top line far right) and made sure you are signed in with the correct NOW account login details.
