Error Code 410

Have Sky Sports through Now TV. Cannot stream live games Error Code 410. Now Help gives Access Denied.

Alibi.                             Comedy

Atlantic.                        

I can't get these:

Sport News.                 Main Events

Sports.                          Gold

Max.                               Tennis

Football.                         Cricket 

Golf

Witness.                          Showcase

When you said Samsung android laptop is this the same device? Do you have the app on it or you using a web browser?

Yes I'm using the app on my Samsung tablet.

Try starting the Sports app on your mobile phone, and if it fires up OK, then try it again on the tablet.

A bit of a bizarre workaround, but it works surprisingly often.
