Can't join nowtv

I am a new user trying to open a membership for the Sports package. I don't already have an account but I cannot find how to join. On the sign in page, I click the "Not a member? Join In" option and it takes me to a page with membership deals. I choose the sports membership and it takes me back to the login page and the cycle repeats. 

I have double checked and NowTV does not recognise my email address as an existing account.

What do I do?

Two options 

1. Try another browser 

2. Subscribe directly via the app which means your billing will be via Amazon/iTunes etc
