Payment says successful but got email telling me it wasn't

Previous card was stolen, I've updated card details to my new card, will payment be taking automatically? I've tried to go on website to pay but can't, and I can't live chat an advisor, will my service be terminated

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Chatbot limited responses, sends me to bills and payments and there is no
option to pay securely instead it suggests calling and entering card
details.

I want to be able to talk to a person to confirm I've paid or not before I
possibly pay twice

How do I get onto live chat? I can't seem to find the option anywhere.
It mentions TV customers can use live chat but for broadband you can only
call?

and if you follow it, you should see this:-

and then you press the big green ‘Chat Online’ button, and away you go.

But are you now saying your issue is with Broadband?

Oh well then, use any of these phone numbers:-

if any don’t work, just use another, but please let me know about the invalid one(s).
