incorrect billing

i'm being billed by now tv, despite my account showing no active payments should be coming out, help please?

Is this for broadband or for streaming?

If for broadband, call 150 from a Now landline, or take your pick of:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

to discuss it with them.

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; it’s just a ‘bot, and it won’t help you here.

The usual reason for this is that you have a second account, from which the payments are being made, and they will help you find and deal with this. Be ready to tell them the codes on each transaction that you dispute, from your bank or card account, as they can use these to trace the payments back to what they are for.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
