I signed up yesterday (june 14th) for the 3 months offer for skysports for 20£, i did this on my account josemvd. As i signed up the browser showed the correct value £20 and account.
This morning i got the email for the full price charge (no offer applied). I called nowtv but apparently this is not deal just now online and the only way to undo this mistake is via email. I emailed and i am yet to get a reply.
This is frankly very poor service, i am at present a broadband user (tv and phone included) and i find this underwhelming. There is no longer anybody that can help on the phone or online. I was re-assured that i will get a prompt reply from customer service on this email "[email removed]"
Can you sort ASAP. I cancel in the meantime sky sports but i still have an upfront charge of £26.06 (jun 14- july 6th).
