Where can i find my account number?

I need to find my account number, it should start with a 6. Can't see it anywhere! Any help please?

Check in your account for payments and if needs be the PDF of a bill.

Hi @SG297 

Have you checked under My Account > Broadband & Calls > Messages? 

Where for me there was a recent message under "your order" and when clicking on it, there was my order details and towards the top of the page was my account number which started with a 6.

If there is nothing showing under this section on your online  NOW account, you may have to go through all email correspondence from either NOW or Sky (apart from your inbox, check old emails, junk / spam folders etc).

Or contact the NOW Broadband Team.
