Very poor customer service

I am really fed up with the customer service via live chat, they do not grasp anything you tell them worst of all they can't do anything apparently regarding my issue.

Is it a broadband issue you have? If so there is a number you can call. 

 

Both TV and Broadband have different ways of getting in touch, see the below link.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
