Unknown Charges on my Bank account

Having had some correspondence with NOW about payments taken from my Bank account over 4 months, they have not provided an answer of why these payments have been taken. I have provided details such as authorisation code and transaction codes but they still have been unable to identify the payment. I find this unbelievable, they must have a record of this. I am extremely dissatisfied and have not received replies to my recent communications. I will therefore probably be cancelling my NOWTV subscription and looking to raise a complaint at a higher level. the other annoying thing is that you cannot get to talk to an individual, very poor service.

Check this link to determine if you have another account with NOW which might explain why they are not able to find record of payments.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
