I'm unable to reply to cases which I have open and have received a response on.

Because of GDPR reasons all email addresses are removed. Try replying using the address in the below picture.

Thanks. Sent it again. Still got a bounce back from the "help" email ID. CustomerServices one seemed to work.

Thanks but the email isn't being delivered. The server has responded with Undeliverable.

According to NOW Twitter they are seeing and can read the email messages where the recipient gets the failed delivery due to full mailbox message sent back to them.
