Trying to access NowTV via my Apple TV and keep getting message Oops something went wrong try again

Have you deleted and reinstalled the app?

Unplugged both the Apple TV and your router for a few minutes?

I deleted app and reinstalled but no change, I’ll try unplugging the Apple TV and router.
