I have email confirmation saying I have brought the pass. But it is not working and allowing me to watch any sport for the day. This is DISGUSTING and I would like the money back in my account ASAP or for you to fix this issue very quickly NOW!
You have to make sure you’re logged in on the app with the same account that you got the day membership with.
When you go to the settings of the app, you need it go to account. In there it’ll tell you what if any account is logged in.
