I’ve not used my account / logged in to anything since 31st October last year, would I be able to get a refund for the months I’ve paid and not used it?
No I just didn’t use it for a long while, wasn’t wasn’t sure if I could claim a refund or just put it down to experience and make sure I cancel in future.
Like all streaming services they will continue to take payment unless cancelled.
You could try speaking with staff via live chat but don’t hold your breath. Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
If you don’t plan on watching NOW then you MUST make sure to cancel all memberships.
You cna try and ask, however odds on that you will ge no refund, in most cases streaming services are on a one month contract tat you cna cancel or re start as you wish. Its then your responsibility ( as with everything else) to check your outgoings
